Totally guilt free since it’s quinoa pasta & really easy to make. Here’s what you’ll need:
Carton of Organic Chicken Broth
Quinoa Pasta
Chicken Breast, Cubed
Bunch of Organic Baby Spinach
Onion, sliced
Garlic, minced
Jalapeño, chopped (if desired)
Himalayan Salt & Pepper
In soup pot add small amount of extra virgin olive oil & sauté chicken breast, onion & garlic. Then add carton of chicken broth. Add quinoa pasta & chopped spinach until pasta is cooked. Add salt & pepper to taste. Then cover & let simmer to develop flavors.
