1 onion
2 cloves garlic
fresh chopped ginger
1 Carrot
1 Red bell pepper
2 Lime leaves
Coriander
1 cup of Calamari
1cup of Prawns / shrimp
Noodles of choice
Red curry paste
Salt, blackpeppar , Paprika, Olive oil
Heat the oil in a big pan add first the sliced onion , garlic, ginger and the red curry paste for 5 min , then add the raw shrimp and calamari and the rest of veggies and season and let it stir for 10 min. Add a splash of soy in boiling water add the noodle for max 5min, drain and mix all together. Serve with chopped fresh coriander and Chili.
