1 egg
2 egg white
50 ml milk
20g protein powder or healthy flour
Mix all ingredients well. Traditionally, you would leave the batter for 30 minutes to allow the starch in the flour to swell, but there is no need. Heat the pan over a moderate heat, then wipe it with oiled kitchen paper. Pour thin layer in a pan and bake each side until golden. Cover the Crêpe with peanutbutter, place a banana on one side of the Crêpe and roll it. Cut into pieces and push the end of a toothpick into it. Then cover with dark chocolate raspers.
