These protein bars use pea protein powder, which is an easily digestible protein powder option that uses no animal products, is lactose free, gluten-free, and low in carbohydrates! ๐ If you omit the chocolate chips, these are completely vegan! ๐ AND they’re no-bake!
INGREDIENTS
2 cups oat flour
150g @nowfoodsofficial Dutch Chocolate Pea Protein Powder (about 1 cup)- do not use whey protein powder
1 1/2 cups unsweetened almond milk
2-3 Tbsp stevia (to taste)
1/4 tsp salt
3 Tbsp mini dark chocolate chips (optional, omit for vegan and lactose-free). PROCEDURE
๐Mix all ingredients except for chocolate chips until well combined.
๐Press into a square baking pan (8-9″), covering completely and evenly. ๐Press optional chocolate chips onto the top.
๐Refrigerate overnight.
๐Cut into bars and devour! Store in an airtight container for 5โ7 days.
