For chicken:
1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast
1 tablespoon dried Italian herbs
Salt & Pepper, to taste
1 tsp coconut aminos/low sodium soy sauce
Toss chicken and set aside. Meanwhile, heat your grill, rubbed with a little oil. Grill until juices run clear and chicken is cooked through (depends on the thickness). For the potatoes:
I par boiled 2 Idaho (?) potatoes (skin on, quartered) until fork tender then seasoned with salt & pepper, and about 1 tablespoon of flavorgod garlic lovers. Broiled it in my toaster oven for 15 minutes or until browned and skins were crisp.
For the broccoli:
Chop one head of broccoli into florets and let steam until vibrant green, remove from pot and season with a pinch of sea-salt and black pepper. I added lots of Sriracha to everything.
