Chicken Breast, cut into chunks
Broccoli
Garlic, minced
Ginger, minced
Water Chestnuts
Chinese 5-Spice Seasoning
Salt/Pepper
Cashew Pieces
Carrot, shredded
For Sauce:
Equal parts Bragg’s Amino & Honey (we did 6TB of each)
Sauté chicken breast in a little olive oil or coconut oil. Add garlic & ginger & sauté. Add spices & remaining ingredients. When cooked thru add cashew pieces & shredded carrots. Nestle in butter or romaine lettuce.
