Ingredients:
1 scoop Chocolate Whey
1/4 tsp baking powder
1 tbsp cottage cheese
1 tbsp dark cocoa powder
1 pack of Stevia
1 tbsp melted coconut oil
1/2 tbsp unsweetened applesauce
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
I also highly recommend using a bit of Xanthan Gum as it makes the pancakes super fluffy
Blend ingredients, then cook on medium heat in a greased pan (I use Pam) until both sides are browned. Stack and add toppings!
