Chocolate stack (makes 2):
1/4c chocolate protein
1/4c organic sprouted spelt flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
2 tsp coconut sugar
Sprinkle of Himalayan salt
1/2c almond milk
2 tsp cacao or cocoa powder
Peanut butter drizzle:
Chocolate PB2 (2 tbsp) mixed with 1 tbsp water
Cacao nibs
Blend all ingredients for the chocolate stack together and allow for it to sit for 5 minutes. Pour mixture into a hot nonstick pan and cook each side.
Layer bananas between and on top. Add a drizzle of pb2 and top with cacao nibs.
