That’s right! These are actually meatLESS balls! They are absolutely vegan and gluten free!
INGREDIENTS
1 15 oz can (425g) black beans
1 clove garlic
¼ cup (40g) chopped onion
½ cup (40g) oats/oat flour
1 tsp garlic powder
½ tsp salt
½ tsp paprika

PROCEDURE
🍝Combine your ingredients into a blender or food processor!
🍝Spray down a large baking dish, as well as a small cookie scoop, and scoop out some “meatball”
mixture.
🍝Roll it in your hands to create the perfect meatball shape! Repeat until you fill up your baking dish (I got 16).
🍝Bake in an oven preheated to 350°F for 25 minutes. 🍝Remove and devour in your favorite meatball style! Shown here on zucchini noodles, but I’ve also enjoyed these on a meatball sub and they are amazing!!! 🙌
