Yummy Healthy Salmon Dinner

Baked Salmon: preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spray 9×12 baking dish with coconut spray. Place salmon in dish skin side down. Coat the top of each piece of salmon with 1T coconut oil & 1t dried dill weed. Bake 20-25min. Brussels: wash & cut in half. Toss with olive oil. Place into a 9×12 baking dish. Salt. Bake along with salmon. Brown rice: cook according to directions.
