INGREDIENTS
3 Egg Whites
1 Egg
2 scoops Cinnamon
Whey Protein (or use Vanilla & add cinnamon spice)
1/4 cup Almond Flour
1 tsp Baking Soda
1 tsp Vanilla
1/4 cup unsweetened
Almond Milk
————Frosting —————— 1 scoop Cinn.
Whey Protein
1/2 cup Plain Greek Yogurt
1T Sugar Free maple Syrup
1T Stevia or sugar substitute
Splash of Almond Milk ————Method—————— ✔ Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
✔ Mix all cake ingredients together.
✔ Line baking sheet with Parchment Paper.
✔ Pour cake batter onto the Parchment Paper.
✔ Bake 5-10 min until firm. Do not overcook.
✔ While the batter is cooking, mix together the frosting.
✔ Once the cake batter is baked coat the flat pancake with frosting.
✔ Leave a little frosting aside to pour over top the cinnamon roll.
✔ Can cut into 3 strips
✔ Then roll each strip.
✔ Top the cinnamon roll with more frosting.
