Mix all the liquid ingredients together and add the dry, except the chocolate chips, which you’ll stir in when the dough is mixed well.
Afterwards poor into muffins tins and fill up about 3/4. You can sprinkle some more chocolate chips on top or dark chocolate chopped into small pieces.
Bake at 180°C for 8-10 min.
