Mexican Pizza

1 Whole wheat thin pizza crust
1/2 can black beans mashed
1 c. shredded cheese
1 c. leftover cooked and shredded chicken
Chili powder
Cumin
1/2 c. Fresh corn kernels
1/3 c. Red onion, diced
1/3 c. Grape tomatoes, sliced
1 jalapeƱo seeded and finely chopped
2 Tbsp. Cilantro, minced
Salt to taste
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spread beans over crust then sprinkle cheese and chicken on evenly. Season to taste with chili powder and cumin. Top with remaining ingredients and a pinch of salt if desired. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
