A new twist on the classic hot ham and cheese sandwich!!
Serves 2:
2 whole wheat naan breads (flat breads)
2-3 teaspoons honey Dijon mustard (or any)
8 slices thinly sliced smoked ham
1 large tomato, sliced very thin
2 slices of provolone cheese
2 slices of munster cheese
Freshly cracked black pepper
Preheat oven to 400°F. Place both naan brads onto a large cookie sheet and spread the mustard onto the top of each, 1 teaspoon per naan (or more if you like more). Layer the ham, tomato slices and cheese on top, respectively. Bake for 10-15 minutes, or until the edges are crispy and the cheese is melted and gooey. Top with some freshly cracked black pepper.
