Chocolate Strawberries and Cream Crepes

For the crepes:
1/4 Cup Spelt Flour
1 Tbsp Cocoa
Cinnamon to taste
1/4 Cup Almondmilk
1/4 Cup Egg Whites
3 Tbsp Water
2 Tsp Coconut Oil
1 Tsp Agave

Combine dry ingredients, and then add in wet in a mixing bowl. Heat a greased skillet over medium heat. Pour a thin amount of the batter, and tilt the pan around so the batter spreads and covers the bottom of the pan. Cover until cooked through(takes about a minute). It should slide right out of the pan when it’s done! Roll it up with Greek yogurt, and top it off with strawberries and chocolate chips!
