Chicken and Bell Peppers in a Pistachio & Avocado Sauce
Here’s an easy recipe that’s light and easy to prepare. The sauce is a delicious way to bring the flavors of the chicken and broiled bell peppers together.

Recipe: Pistachio and Avocado Sauce

Ingredients:
🌿1/2 Avocado
🌿1/4 Cucumber
🌿Juice from 2/3 Limes (Or lemon)
🌿Handful of Cilantro (or parsley)
🌿8oz – Greek Yogurt plain
🌿2 tbs. FlavorGod ‘Garlic Lovers
or Lemon and Garlic’
🌿1/4 Cup – Pistachios

Directions For Sauce:
1. Combine ingredients into food processor
2. Blend until smooth consistency
3. Refrigerate Sauce for 20 minutes. To Char the Bell Peppers just preheat your oven to broil. Cut your bell peppers in half. Pull out the seeds, and broil them for 5 minutes! Be careful though, they can burn quickly!
