For the buffalo cauliflower bites: Chop 1 head of cauliflower into bite size pieces. Mix together 1 heaping tsp garlic powder, 1 heaping tsp onion powder, 3/4 c chickpea flour and set aside. Dip cauliflower pieces in almond milk then coat with flour mixture. Place pieces on lined baking sheet and bake till crispy at 400f for about 20 minutes. While cauliflower is baking heat 1/2 bottle red hot buffalo wing hot sauce with 2 tbsp almond milk on the stove. Once cauliflower pieces are crispy turn oven to broil and cook till pieces are golden brown. Dump the cauliflower pieces in a bowl and cover with the buffalo sauce. Serve immediately!
For the dipping sauce -mix together 2 tbsp slightly melted blue cheese, 2 heaping spoonfuls of plain organic yogurt, 4 splashes of white wine vinegar, pepper & a couple dashes of garlic powder. .
