Two organic chicken breasts, butterflied
Fresh basil-pesto (olive oil, almond meal, balsamic vinegar, garlic powder, onion powder & black pepper blended in a food processor)
Garlic & onion powder
Italian seasoning
Paprika
Black pepper
Spread pesto on each butterflied chicken breast, roll & place toothpick in center to hold place. Sprinkle chicken rolls with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika & Italian seasoning. Bake at 400 degrees for 15-20 mins or until done. Serve with green veggie.
