PALEO
One pack bacon (turkey is my fave)
One ripe avocado
Seasoning of choice (salt, pepper, garlic)
Cook bacon to your liking. I enjoy the oven method. Then I will usually pat the excess grease with paper towels. Cut into one inch sections. Cut up and pit the avocado. Mash. Add salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Mix! Place one tsp of avocado mixture between two squares of bacon. Serve!
