This is a great option for Lunch or Dinner.
INGREDIENTS:
100 g Grilled Chicken
120 g Tomatoes
60 g Red Beans
75 g Green Peas (Frozen)
40 g Leeks
20 g Old Style Mustard
WHAT TO DO:
Add your favorite spices to a chicken breast, grill it. While your chicken is cooking, chop tomatoes and leaks. Rinse frozen green beans under warm water for 30 seconds, it will be enough to unfreeze them. Add peas to tomatoes, leeks and beans. Spice it with Old Style Mustard. I love Old style Mustard as it adds a bit different flavor and really nice when you chew it and feel those mustard little beans. Cut chicken breast in pieces and place on the top of your salad.
